Clinical Fashionn is committed to ethical business practices and transparency in our supply chain. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we are pleased to provide the following information about our efforts to prevent human trafficking and slavery.
1. Verification
We work with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to fair labor practices. While we do not currently use third-party verifications for our supply chain, we engage in internal assessments to evaluate and reduce risks of human trafficking and slavery.
2. Audits
We reserve the right to audit our direct suppliers for compliance with our standards. While we do not currently conduct formal or unannounced audits, our supplier relationships are built on trust, accountability, and ethical practices.
3. Certification
We require that all direct suppliers comply with applicable labor laws and regulations. By continuing to do business with Clinical Fashionn, suppliers acknowledge and agree to operate in a manner free of forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
4. Accountability
Employees and contractors involved in supply chain management are expected to uphold our company’s ethical standards. Any violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts or employment.
5. Training
We provide internal guidance and training to relevant team members to help them understand the risks of human trafficking in the supply chain and how to identify and respond to red flags.
